A customer may return an item within 15 days of the customer's receipt of the item, with the following conditions.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, send it back within 15 days of receipt for exchange or full refund of the purchase price.

Upon arrival at the ARLII warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 15 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
Items returned more than 15 days after delivery may only qualify for refunds of up to 50 percent.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase. |
